The Australian International Airshow and Aerospace and Defence Exposition is one of Asia Pacific's most prestigious aviation, aerospace and defence events.

2009 Wide Bay Australia International Air Show

This is the largest airshow held in Queensland, and the second largest in Australia.

The first day of the three-day event will be devoted to trade, with aviation, defence and related displays.

ADM Congress 2009

In its 6th year, the acclaimed Australian Defence Magazine Congress will be held on 17-18 February, 2009.

Wings Over The Illawarra 2009

An open day at Illawarra Regional Airport, at Albion Park NSW will host a range of military history attractions.

See the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society (HARS) museum and collection of veteran aircraft including Connie, Catalina and Neptune bomber, also see vintage cars and many other displays together with RAAF, RAN, and Army presence plus visiting warbirds.

SADI Community of Interest forum

A Skilling Australia's Defence Industry (SADI) Community of Interest will be held in Canberra on 25 November to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas on the program and to explore lessons learnt from the program to date.

Attendance is open to organisations already involved in the program and also to those considering participation in the future.

Submarine Design/Engineering 5 Day Training Course

The Submarine Design/Engineering 5 day training course is a conventional class submarine technical acquaint course providing a baseline understanding of the requirements and complexities of all associated system and equipments with respect to the total design influences.

Introduction to the underlying principles of Submarine Naval Architecture, Marine, Electrical and Weapon System engineering.

Course content is scheduled as follows:
