We are now taking submissions for the 2015 survey. To qualify for consideration, companies must declare turnover in defence-related business performed in Australia or New Zealand.
As a guide, the no.1 contractor in 2014 was BAE Systems with $1.3 billion and no.40 was Hawker Pacific with $30.6 million in turnover. In the SME survey, Cubic Defence NZ headed the list with $63 million in turnover; no.20 was Owen International with $14.8 million in turnover.
