CAE announces Pro Line 21 training in Australia

CAE announced that it will deploy a new CAE 5000 Series full-flight simulator (FFS) in Melbourne in the first half of 2012 for training pilots and maintenance technicians.

Water filtration analysis to help ease ADF resupply challenges

Defence Science and Technology Organisation researchers have evaluated an off-the-shelf pump filter for consideration as a possible ADF capability, to be used by Australian Army small tactical units.
A scientific analysis of commercial water filters could help reduce the amount of water Australian Defence Force soldiers carry and ease logistical burdens associated with resupply.
