Company Description
Air Safety Solutions commenced business in 2002 for the manufacture and servicing of aircraft seat belts and harnesses. Through our design and development our current product textile range includes offshore SAR and EMS products, aircraft restraints and nets. Many of which have been specifically developed for purpose.
Our strength is in our ability to provide a customised service to our customers. We can design from ground up or manufacture items from customer`s CASR21M data through our CASA one-off Production Certificate.

    Capability Description
    We have a range of approved seat belt designs to suit most aircraft types. Alternatively, we are able to re-web and re-certify existing belts through our CAR 30 approval. We also manufacture a range of harnesses from door off camera/shooters harnesses to loadmaster and winch crew harnesses. Our currently range is utilised by the Department of Defence and many other SAR operators around Australia and overseas. For inside the aircraft we have cargo tie down straps and a range of cargo nets, which can be made to size.

    Capability Description
    Air Safety Solutions manufactures a range of products certified to ATSO C1001 and C1003. Our rescue strops and winch crew harnesses are used in various countries around the world. Many of our products have been developed for use inside the aircraft during door off operations where personnel and item security is essential. We also design and manufacture a range of parachutes and harnesses for droppable stores used during off shore search and rescue.

    Capability Description
    Many of our current products started as an idea or a specific customer request. We can work with a range of textiles and webbings to design and develop and test products specific to your needs. We mostly work with Mil spec webbings and hardware or local products manufactured to Australian Standards. Our personalised service can cater for small order quantities as well as larger volume requests.
