    Capability Description
Daronmont Technologies has a long history working with Defence and DST to licence and commercialise radar technology. Daronmont experience includes developing an operational HF Surface Wave Radar (SECAR) in the Torres Strait in 2007 and recently signing a major contract to support BAE Systems in the upgrade of JORN. Daronmont is now a major participant in Passive Radar, developing systems for the ADF and the Defence Innovation Hub. Passive Radar can provide covert, receive only surveillance against a wide range of air and surface targets for a fraction of the cost of active systems and without risk of detection. Being a receive only radar, RADHAZ is not an issue for radar users. Daronmont’s radar capabilities extends to developing in-house trackers and indigenous GUIs. Our radars support a variety of output formats and interfaces to a wide range of in-service C2 systems.
