We have serviced aviation customers including QANTAS and Byron Aviation and offer a wide range of protective coatings and pre-treatment services to increase the longevity of engine parts and other aerospace components. One of the few commercial hard anodisers in Australia, DECO’s specialty hard anodised finish DecoUltra™ ZD offers high abrasion and wear resistance. We offer powder coating tested to Qualicoat standards as well as specialty and custom finishes to meet aerospace needs.

We offer a wide range of finishes, and offer chemical and mechanical pre-treatment to decontaminate and degrease your components, as well as to strip away old coatings. Our pre-treatment processes include chemical etching, conversion coating and anodising. DECO are ISO 9001 accredited and test our processes to MIL SPEC requirements in our in-house NATA-accredited laboratory.
