When an off the shelf product is not suitable, has issues with supply or lead time or the customer requires their own product, we can integrate the design and manufacture to save cost and reduce delivery time. As we have extensive in house design and laboratory we can deal with design updates for component shortages and obsolescence seamlessly. Our in Australia in house manufacturing facility manufactures to IPC-A-610 Class II and Class Ill with staff certified for IPC610 and IPC620. For higher volumes Don Alan can manage off shore production.
Electronic Equipment Repairs

Capability Description
When the service agent is no longer available or unable to help Don Alan provides a repairer of last resort service. Design engineers can reverse engineer sufficiently to effect a repair or the manufacture of a replacement assembly.

Power Electronic Products and Systems

Don Alan has a power laboratory up to 15kW for the design and testing of single and 3 phase power supplies and UPS. Our team has designed and manufactured UPS for Hobart Class AWD and power supplies for over the horizon radar. Our bespoke design capability allows the development of power supplies with special features such as low noise, high efficiency, integration of lithium cells etc.
