Capability Description
Loop Technologies has specialist experience in the design, development, manufacture, integration and through-life support of electronic systems across a range of defence and telecommunications systems. Circuit design and PCB layout is performed with up to-date techniques, minimising electromagnetic radiation and susceptibility. We employ specialists working to IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards. Soldering of BGAs, leadless chips, fine-pitched components, underfill and conformal coating is provided as required, supported by in-house x-ray inspection. Modification services are also offered.

Capability Description
Loop Technologies provides lifecycle care for technology hardware including repair, refurbishment, proactive maintenance, and lifecycle extension. Our repair services are supported by a wide range of specialist test equipment including RF capability up to 40 GHz as well as in-house capability to develop and manufacture test beds. We employ specialists working to IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards, and provide removal and replacement of BGAs, leadless chips, fine-pitched components, underfill and conformal coating as required. Modification and component x-ray inspection services are also offered.
