    Capability Description
RUAG Australia has integrated its leading edge additive metal technology with its highly competent engineering organisation which currently holds DASR 21J delegation to deliver innovative additive metal technology sustainment solutions such as Supersonic Particle Deposition and Laser Additive Deposition as alternative technologies for rapidly repairing corroded, worn and damaged components as opposed to repair by traditional methods or replacement. This capability is particularly relevant to expensive components and to components with long repair/replacement lead times which has seen significant cost savings to the customer. In addition this capability significantly improves aircraft and component return-to-service times.
