Beca welcomed Robyn Kierse yesterday as General Manager of Australian Advisory business, based in Canberra.

As an experienced professional with a distinguished career serving the defence and law enforcement sectors, Kierse will lead Beca's Australian Advisory business – which includes management consulting, planning, project strategy and delivery and sustainability practice areas.

Prior to Beca, Kierse was Managing Partner at DXC Consultancy, leading their defence and national security work. She has previously held leadership roles with Downer, Maritime Border Command and the Australian Federal Government, and brings extensive learning and development experience through a training leadership role at the Australian Border Force Colleges.

On top of this, she completed the Executive Masters in Business Administration at Queensland University of Technology (2018) and the Executive Women's Leadership Program at Harvard Business School (2022).
