Lizette Bull
Talent Solutions Manager
Ventia

Throughout 2022 Lizette has successfully planned and executed strategic workforce initiatives to increase female participation and develop the skills of existing female employees. Her success can be measured in tangible results, with 31 females from 114 recruits, more than doubled from the previous year. The increase in female participation has helped to address the skill shortage in the industry but also has the added benefits of more closely reflecting social makeup, bringing new perspectives, and improving productivity.

The winners and Hall of Fame inductee will be announced at a gala dinner at The National Arboretum Canberra on 25 October 2023. Book your tickets here – we hope to see you there!
