The first of a series of DCNS Australia innovation seminars will take place on Thursday 4 February 2016 and the event has already booked out.
DCNS Australia said the seminars are not designed to be short term business opportunities nor a forum focused on introducing a product or service; rather the opportunity for individuals and organisations to gain an understanding of the emerging opportunities and contribute to the long-term (strategic) environment in which organisations will need to operate.
Thos interested can register your interest in similar events that will occur over the coming months. Each seminar will build on the previous one to ensure DCNS constructs the most appropriate framework for the Innovation Environment.
DCNS stated it does not "hold a mortgage on innovation and smart ideas and is establishing a site for idea management where it can start this community of interest".
On that site, visitors will be able to contribute ideas, comment on threads that have already been started, pose questions and receive updates to agendas for seminars. It is envisaged that the agenda for these seminars will be influenced by these threads. The site is in the course of final development and DCNS will contact those interested again once it is ready.
