EM Solutions has been named as one of 3 finalists for the 2015 Premier of Queensland’s Export Awards in the Information & Communications Technology category.
The awards celebrate business excellence in international trade across 12 industry categories with entrants competing year on year.
EM Solutions is a leader in the design and manufacture of products that assist in the delivery of real-time voice, data, and multimedia anywhere in the world. The company's team of specialist engineers supply satellite and microwave communication technology to customers in the global defence and maritime industries, as well as broadcasting and telecommunications sectors.
EM Solutions manufacture all products in Brisbane and sell directly to businesses worldwide. Over the last 15 years the company has built a customer base of more than 200 of the world’s largest system integrators and telecommunication companies, delivering high-quality products and services.
EM Solutions and its subsidiary EMClarity have delivered major export deals to Japan, USA and signed most recently with a Spanish integrator to global defence forces. The company is currently in negotiations with customers in France, Germany, Italy, and Korea to expand its markets further within Europe and Asia.
EM Solutions focuses heavily on R&D investing 25 per cent of revenue annually for the past five years.
The company won the Australasian Industrial Research Group (AIRG) 2012 AIRG Medal for Innovation in Australasian SME’s and the 2011 Australian Academy of Technological Scientists and Engineers Clunies-Ross Award.
