Embraer and Ilias Solutions have signed a strategic partnership agreement aimed at improving fleet management.
“This partnership reinforces Embraer collaboration with the Netherlands industry base, and at the same time, allow us to offer to our customers a state-of-the-art fleet management solution to support our aircraft,” VP Customer Support & Aftermarket Sales, Embraer Services & Support, Douglas Lobo, stated.
Under this agreement, Embraer will connect Ilias' software suite to its maintenance and logistics solutions for the C-390 Millennium and A-29 Super Tucano operators.
It is hoped by the companies that this connection will enable armed forces to streamline data management across operations, maintenance, and supply chain activities, as well as ensure better resource allocation and improved mission readiness.
“ILIAS Solutions values the Embraer partnership, expanding our proven Fleet Management offering, delivering added value to Embraer’s customers,” CEO ILIAS Solutions, Jean-Pierre Wildschut, noted.
The KC-390 Millennium entered service with the Brazilian Air Force in 2019, with the Portuguese Air Force in 2023 and with the Hungarian Air Force in 2024. To date, the aircraft has been chosen by 11 Air Forces around the world, including eight European countries and seven NATO members.
