ADI opens Brisbane support centre

ADI Limited has opened a new support centre for the Bushmaster Infantry Mobility Vehicle (IMV) at Acacia Ridge, Qld.

The Brisbane Support Centre will provide through-life support for the Army's Bushmaster fleet. Initially it will support Bushmasters stationed with regiments in Queensland, but ultimately the coverage will extend to a potential network of locations from Adelaide to Darwin.

ADI is currently building 299 Bushmaster armoured vehicles at its Bendigo facility in Victoria; several of these are currently in service in Iraq and Afghanistan.
