AeroPM has been recognised as the winners of the Employment, Training and Consultancy Services Category in this year’s Australian Achiever Awards, with a score of 93.36%.
Now in its twenty-fourth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent award system based on assessment ratings from a business’s own clients.
The award system focuses on eight key criteria, each scored separately against: Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication, Overall Perception and Referral.
“Different to many awards, this recognition is a direct reflection of our client perceptions of AeroPM’s quality of work rather than self-supported," AeroPM General Manager Adam Frizell said. "We are extremely proud and humbled to be the state winner in this year’s award."
