Sitzler has been appointed to the Defence Infrastructure Panel – Major Construction (DIP-MC) 2025–2030. The DIP-MC 2025-2030 has been created for use on projects valued at or over $200 million.

This Panel enables access to a range of contractors with demonstrated capability, skills, qualifications, depth of resources and experience to deliver major construction projects at locations within Australia on an "as needs" basis.

Panel contractors will be engaged under the DIP-MC to deliver major construction and capital facilities projects and complete related activities within Australia.

Sitzler joins 17 other supplies such as LORQ Building, Hansen Yuncken and BMD Constructions in the DIP-MC and appears to be the only company from the Northern Territory.

Hansen Yuncken has constructed Defence locations that include ASC Shipyard, HMAS Penguin, and HMAS Creswell. BMD has aided Defence with Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) base Edinburgh Stage 2 civil works and National Airfields Maintenance Works Package 3 - Army Aviation Centre Oakey.

Sitzler's previous Defence projects include RAAF Base Darwin Air7000 Phase 2B, Aircraft Pavements and HEH Space Situational C-Band Radar in Exmouth, WA. It is currently working on the USFPI Northern Territory Training Areas and Range for Defence.
