The Australian Missile Corporation (AMC) has announced the signing of Milspec Manufacturing and Thomas Global Systems as partners.
This follows previous announcements of collaborations with Quickstep, Black Sky Aerospace, DMG MORI, Thornton Tomasetti, Arican Advisory & Capital, Aldom Transport Engineering, Applied Fasteners and Tooling, Allweld Manufacturing, Benchon and Israel Aerospace Industries.
The Australian Missile Corporation is a subsidiary of NIOA, formed to facilitate collaboration between industry partners, academia, state governments and Defence in response to the Australian Government’s call to establish a sovereign guided weapons enterprise.
“Highly capable organisations such as Milspec Manufacturing and Thomas Global Systems partnering through this collaborative platform will be critical to the success of the Commonwealth’s sovereign guided weapons enterprise," Robert Nioa, CEO of NIOA said. "This latest announcement adds to the expertise coming together under the Australian Missile Corporation banner. NIOA will continue to welcome opportunities to partner through the AMC and showcase and support the expertise of leading Australian companies."
