Facilities include 135m dry docking and capacity to slip vessels <3000 tonnes. With 250 lm of deep-water fitout berthing, supporting Defence, Gov’t, Military and paramilitary clients across Northern Australia and Indo-Pacific. Staff can deploy quickly to remote sites (Fly in Fly out). The TRS yard is equipped to complete all required work, including heavy equipment, high pressure hydro-blasting, scaffolding, lathes and milling machines, fabricating Steel, SS, Cuni, and aluminium, able to replace plate. TRS yard is secured and is DEF(AUST) 5000 qualified.

TRS with the highest capacity Slipway in Northern Australia and Pacific, regular lifts vessels 3000 tonnes and 105m LOA. TRS has been docking Hydrographic Vessels and military ships for over 20 years. Ship lifts include US Army Vessels Worthy, Mystic, and Great Bridge. Pacific Island PBs and recently RAN Austal Cape PBs. Employing experienced Naval Architects and qualified Dockmasters, TRS ensures lifts and work done meets the highest levels of best practice and workmenship. TRS Slipway is capable to lift <3000 tonnes and <105 m OA. Supported by a deep-water channel, TRS has 250 lm of serviced deep water wet berths. This is the highest capacity shipyard in Northern Australia. Employing Naval Architects and Dock Masters, TRS ensures lifts are completed professionally. TRS tradesmen are qualified in all aspects of ship repair and approved by all classification societies. The TRS yard is equipped for all work, including heavy equipment, hydro-blasting, scaffolding, machine shop, fabricating in Steel, SS, Cuni and Aluminium.
