After a successful 17-year career as an Aerospace Engineer with the RAAF, Emily Frizell established AeroPM in 2014. The company has just opened a new office in Canberra.

In March 2018, AeroPM was accepted onto the Defence Support Services Panel, allowing Frizell to grow her company. By November 2018, AeroPM had a workforce of 20 engineers and project managers all working on above-the-line Defence projects.

During their growth phase, Emily's husband Adam came on board as the General Manager following 22 years in the RAAF – also as an Aerospace Engineer. The AeroPM company was quickly embedded within projects including the Joint Strike Fighter, C-27 Spartan Battlefield Airlifter, Tactical Data Links, Explosive ordnance, and Counter Improvised Explosive Devices (IED).

In 2019, AeroPM welcomed their 40th employee and expanded the business into Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne and Texas. In the same year, AeroPM was listed as the 17th largest ANZ small to medium defence enterprise in ADM's Top 40/Top 20.

AeroPM's new office is in Barton. The company is aiming to employ its 47th person by the end of 2020.
