When ADM needed a new travel case to protect the perspex display case in which the Essington Lewis Trophy is displayed, Formcut offered a practical solution to the problem.
Adelaide-based Formcut manufactured a sturdy, custom-designed travel case.
The frame of the case, the corners and the lockable butterfly catches are all made from heavy-duty aluminium; the bottom, side and top panels are black ABS flight panel.
Formcut designed a black foam insert die cut to the shape of the display case to hold it firmly in place.
With some typical ingenuity, they added wheels to the design so it is easily managed by one person.
