Interconnect Systems has announced two new products.
Glenair’s new size #16 fibre optic termini can be used in any standard Mighty Mouse connector.
Available for single or multi mode fibre, these termini have low insertion loss and are intended for high-reliability aerospace applications.
Series 80 connectors offer substantial reductions in size and weight compared to D38999 type fibre optic connectors.
Features include: snap in, rear release; precision ceramic ferrules; 0.5Db typical attenuation; and one to 22 channels.
Staco Systems’ Series 200 (S200) ultra-compact line of switches represents an integration of four-pole switching capabilities, high LED lighting performance, and military-grade reliability in a subcompact package.
With an overall length of less than 25mm, this switch has the ability to fit where most switches cannot.
Features include: low operating temperature; light weight (11 grams); one, two and four pole snap action; crimp pin, solder, or PC termination; non-reflective surface; alternate, momentary, or indicator action; uniform LED illumination; low power consumption; NVIS compatibility; clarity of legends; sunlight readability; drip proof, splash proof, watertight seal, and solvent resistant options; meeting MIL-PRF-22885 and MIL-STD-3009 display formats.
Applications include: commercial aircraft; military tanks, ground vehicles and aircraft; naval systems; launch controls; submarine controls; specialty vehicles; industrial equipment and control systems.
