A-FLO Equipment has announced it has been awarded the contract to deliver 30 x 20 foot Mobile Workshop Containers (Fluid Lubricating Service Pallet – FLSP) to the Commonwealth, in partnership with Daronmont Technologies.

"This project represents a significant milestone for A-FLO and reaffirms our commitment to delivering Australian-designed, fit-for-purpose solutions, across a multitude of industries including defence," Director, at A-FLO Equipment, Sam Cook, said. "We worked closely with Daronmont Technologies and Commonwealth stakeholders to ensure the FLSP units are not only robust and deployable but also adaptable to evolving operational demands."

A-FLO, an ISO-certified company, has designed and engineered these mobile workshop units to meet the specific operational requirements of the Commonwealth, ensuring reliability and versatility in deploying fluid and lubricating services in diverse and often challenging environments.

"Our team understands that delivering equipment is only part of the solution," Cook added. "Providing ongoing training, operational support, and detailed documentation gives our partners the confidence that these assets will perform whenever and wherever needed."

In addition to the manufacture and supply of the units, A-FLO will deliver a complete operator training package, supported by comprehensive operations and maintenance manuals, to ensure the highest levels of readiness and sustainment throughout the lifecycle of the equipment.

"We are honoured to support sovereign industrial capability," Cook stated. "This project not only strengthens our partnerships within the defence sector but also contributes to jobs, innovation, and skills development across Australia."

The project commenced in June 2023, with the final units scheduled for delivery by June 2026.

The FLSP units feature modular designs, easy maintenance access, and high-grade materials suited to extended operations in both harsh and remote environments. The comprehensive training package ensures that personnel will be fully equipped to operate and maintain the units from day one.
