The 21st annual ADM Congress was held at the Hyatt Hotel in Canberra on 21 February 2024, attracting around 500 delegates.

Defence leaders gathered to discuss the future of Australia's defence capability and acquisitions, with speakers including; Assistant Minister for Defence Matt Thistlethwaite, Chief Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance Air Marshal Leon Phillips, Head Military Personnel – Defence People Group MAJGEN Wade Stothart, FAS AUKUS Advanced Capabilities Steve Moore, and Head of the Advanced Strategic Capabilities Accelerator Professor Emily Hilder.

Industry and academic leaders on the day's agenda included Chief Executive of Lockheed Martin Australia Air Marshal (Ret’d) Warren McDonald, McKinsey & Co Partner - London Laurence McHauser, ASPI Director Defence, Strategy & National Security Bec Shrimpton, CSIRO Senior Principal Research Scientist Dr Gareth Parker and senior representatives from JLL, Navantia, BAE Systems and more.
