Northrop Grumman Australia (NGA) Chief Executive and General Manager, Christine Zeitz, is set to retire from the role at the end of September 2024.
In the four years since Zeitz joined NGA, the company said, she has driven its development as a business, established a robust strategy for the future, introduced a new and efficient operating model, and significantly improved the company's reputation as a defence partner of choice.
"I will be leaving NGA at the end of September," Zeitz said.
"[which will allow] for a transition to new leadership."
ADM understands that the company is also contemplating a restructure of its leadership team as part of the transition.
Moving forward, Zeita expects to focus on her Board responsibilities as Deputy Chair of the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia and Chair of Defence Trailblazer.
