Control Tower Global (CTG) has appointed James Pearson as Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Pearson will lead CTG’s growth strategy across the Australian Defence Force (ADF), Humanitarian Aid agencies, NGOs, and Defence Industry partners.

“I’ve had the privilege of knowing and serving alongside James since our time together at OCS Portsea. He is a deeply respected leader, whose expertise in Defence logistics, sustainment, and national support makes him an exceptional addition to our leadership team,” CEO of CTG, Mike Billingham said.

Pearson has over three decades of leadership in Defence logistics, sustainment, and supply chain management. His previous positions have included senior roles at Raytheon Australia and the Joint Defence Facility Pine Gap (JDFPG). He was an Australian Army officer graduating First in Class from OCS Portsea and received the Governor-General’s Medal. He later served as a Logistics instructor at the Royal Military College, Duntroon, and the US Army School of Transportation and Logistics.

“Control Tower Global has developed a game-changing solution for real-time visibility and control of complex supply chains—something the Australian Defence Force and Defence Industry urgently need to reduce risk, improve responsiveness, and deliver outcomes on time and on budget,” Chief Growth Officer of CTG, James Pearson explained.

Previous to his appointment, Pearson has managed Defence supply chain transformation projects, including the Collins Submarine Supply Support Enhancement Program (CSSSEP).
