MSubs has created an Australian subsidiary, MSubs Pty. Ltd, and opened an office in Nowra in partnership with Alkath Group.
The subsidiary will represent not-only MSubs, but also Marine AI and Zero USV, in Australia.
It will initially operate an OCEANUS12 Uncrewed Surface Vessel which will be used to demonstrate a range of sensors and capabilities for defence and industry.
In May, the Managing Director of MSubs, Brett Phaneuf told ADM that the company would also deploy one of its prototype Large Uncrewed Underwater Vehicles (LUUV), S202, to Australia in 2025.
