Assistant Minister for Defence, Peter Khalil, and Federal Labor Senator, Raff Ciccone, have formally opened QinetiQ Australia’s new office in Melbourne.

“This new Melbourne office represents a significant investment in our capabilities and workforce. It strengthens our ability to deliver innovative, mission-critical solutions for our customers while deepening our partnerships across government, industry and academia," QinetiQ Australia, Chief Executive, Corry Neale, stated.

“Victoria is a key hub for advanced technology and defence innovation. Expanding our presence here enables us to access world-class talent and collaborate more closely with our partners.”

The new office represents a multimillion-dollar investment and has been designed to support research, engineering, and program delivery. This new site will enhance QinetiQ Australia’s ability to collaborate with government and industry partners.

The Melbourne office has been designed by the company to foster innovation and agility, featuring secure workspaces, and collaborative environments that will enable QinetiQ’s sovereign workforce to continue developing capabilities.

The opening of the Melbourne office has increased QinetiQ Australia’s national footprint.
