Shadowgate Partners has launched as a cleared workforce and capability delivery firm supporting mission-critical defence, intelligence, and space programs across Australia and the United States.
The firm has been established in response to increasing demand for access to security-cleared workforce and specialist expertise in environments where capability is constrained by clearance, operating conditions, and program sensitivity - particularly across ground-based and satellite-enabled systems supporting ISR and national security missions.
Operating from offices in Canberra and Northern Virginia, Shadowgate Partners has deployed its Australian and US based personnel to support domestic Australian programs as well as CONUS and OCONUS requirements across allied and joint environments globally.
The firm maintains a strong focus on ground systems and remote infrastructure, including satellite ground station operations, where continuity, system reliability, and access to cleared workforce are critical to mission success.
Founder Daniel Newberry said the launch reflects the increasing complexity of workforce and capability requirements across the national security landscape.
“The environments we operate in are defined by constraint - whether that’s clearance, location, or operational sensitivity,” Newberry said.
“Shadowgate Partners has been established to enable organisations to access cleared workforce and trusted expertise in environments where reliability and performance directly impact mission outcomes.”
Shadowgate’s delivery model is supported by a curated Strategic Council of senior operators with experience across intelligence, ISR, space, procurement, systems engineering, and secure infrastructure.
The council has brought together senior operators, including former government, defence, and industry leaders, providing operational insight aligned to mission-critical programs.
Shadowgate Partners is positioned to support allied capability requirements where access, trust, and operational reliability are non-negotiable.
