The Future Though Collaboration (TFTC) launched the 10th edition of its structured Defence mentoring program, welcoming 65 mentees, the largest ever cohort on 29 August.
“I’m not sure we planned three years ahead when we launched the pilot program in 2015, let alone 10,” said the Chief Operating Officer of Kinexus and TFTC Chairperson, Amelia De Angelis.
"We didn’t know if there would still be a need for this program into the future, or if industry would continue to support it. But now we know; women continue to see enormous value in investing in themselves through this mentoring program, and we have incredible participating organisations that have shown long-term support. We look forward to celebrating their contribution together in Canberra," she added.
