The Whiskey Project Group (TWPG) has acquired KJL Sails of Picton New Zealand as part of an expansion of the company's operations in the Pacific.

KJL Sails is a long-term supplier of foam collars to Naiad International, who are also located in Picton on New Zealand's South Island.

Naiad International was acquired by TWPG in 2020. TWPG's acquisition of KJL Sails will allow parts of both businesses to be co-located within Naiad's facilities in the town.

"The investment in KJL Sails is another example of TWPG securing its supply chain in the Australasian region and is testament to TWPG’s commitment to innovation, manufacturing and most importantly, our customer base," said the Chief Executive Officer of TWPG, Darren Schuback.
