Vection Technologies has deployed AI and XR driven military capability to defence contractors in Europe. The company is headquartered in Perth.

Its technology fuses AI, spatial computing, and secure ICT to deliver battlefield decision support, simulation environments, and real-time command tools.

According to Vection Technologies, as the war in Ukraine continues to evolve modern battlefields, one lesson is abundantly clear: technology has become a decisive force multiplier. From drone swarms to AI-assisted targeting and XR-based battlefield simulations, we've seen first-hand how digital technologies redefine strategic advantage.

Vection has allegedly:

  • Delivered $10 million plus in active defence contracts with one of the world’s Top 10 global defence contractors.
  • Rolled out AI-XR systems now used operationally in European defence programs.
  • Secured a $7.2M follow-on order (July 2025) as part of a multi-year deal projected to exceed $19 million through FY29.

So the question is: Why is one of Australia’s most scalable Defence AI offerings being snapped up overseas but not widely adopted domestically?

Some of the technologies that Vection possesses are already tailored for:

  • Autonomous warfare simulations and control interfaces
  • AI-powered situational analysis and command augmentation
  • Virtual training for high-stakes environments
  • Real-time XR overlays for complex operational environments
