Gear manufacturer Ronson Gears has announced a reshuffle of management to better service new and existing customers both in Australia and overseas.
Stephen Bell moves to a key role in Internal Sales/Estimating after eight years as Production Manager.
He has played an integral role in increasing shipments by 70 per cent during this time.
Darren Snow has been promoted into Bell’s position as the newly titled Operations Manager.
Elwin Drummond moves into Snow’s former position as Quality Manager.
Jason Graham, Ronson’s Leading Hand in Gear Cutting, has been promoted to Technical Manager.
He will direct and co-ordinate the technical services of the company, ensuring work is produced in the most effective and timely manner possible and assumes responsibility for the continual improvement and waste management programs.
Gavin New will continue in his marketing and sales role as he also begins to undertake some administrative responsibilities.
