RGM has supplied vehicle maintenance services to the ADF since the company was formed in 2002.
These services have encompassed all facets of vehicle repair from routine services to major rebuilds. The capabilities offered extend from mechanical maintenance through surface preparation to signature management via the application of disruptive camouflage pattern Near Infra Red Reflective [NIRR] paint schemes.
Over the years our company has maintained a broad range of light, medium, heavy and protected vehicles along with engineering plant equipment for both the ADF and defence prime contractors via a "one-stop-shop" approach to customer service.

All work carried out by RGM on ADF vehicles and equipment is carried out in accordance with the ADF TRAMM-L using OEM Parts only.
RGM Maintenance provides the following capabilities:
- Installation, servicing and repairs to truck mounted load handling cranes and other load handling products including marine cranes Service, repair & overhaul of ADF light, medium & heavy vehicles including fire trucks, GSE & plant equipment
- Field service available to remote bases in Northern Australia
- Drive line component repairs & balancing including engine dyno testing.
- Authorised Australian repair agent for SEPSON Winches
- Panel repairs & spray painting to APAS0154 & APAS0502 Specifications
- Fuel equipment repairs, testing, certification of hoses, barrels & associated equipment
- SLP approved inspection locations 426, 427, 465, 516 & 809
- Abrasive Grit Blasting available at the Rocklea facility
- Provision of MRO spares & consumables
- Provision of on the job training for ADF mechanical tradespersons.
