In this episode, Grant McHerron talks with Justin Giddings, CEO of AMDA Foundation about the Avalon Australian International Airshow and Aerospace & Defence Exposition which will be held at the end of February 2023.

We discuss the gargantuan task of preparing for the Avalon Airshow in 2023, with a focus on building permanent infrastructure, collaborating with the Victorian Government, and coordinating the lifeblood of the event: the volunteers. We also get a tease for what will be on display at the airshow and exposition, with a booked out trade hall and many international air forces.

Finally, Justin shares his vision for the future of the airshow to claim its position as a global leader in aerospace events.
