Switchcraft has introduced a power jack that is sealed to IP68 when unmated.
The new design is extremely robust and can withstand a wide temperature range of -40C to + 105C.
It also boasts a current rating up to 13A when mated with the S10 series of high amperage power plugs.
Available as sealed only, the IP68 can be used with S10 style plus in both sealed and non-sealed applications.
It is recommended that locking plug versions are used to keep plugs connected to jack.
These unsealed power plugs go to 24V AC/DC and are available with straight solder or right-angle solder terminals.
Suitable for any sealed data transmission, military or industrial GPS location devices, LED and low-voltage lighting, medical equipment, marine applications, transportation and power supplies.
