Defence have begun delivery of its short course on the new Technical Data / Intellectual Property (TD/IP) clauses in its ASDEFCON suite of templates. The new clauses provide far more flexibility and scope to deal with TD/IP issues but require a better understanding from both Defence and Industry.

Defence is delivering this course around Australia and offering a number of spaces to Defence Industry: 6-7 August 2019 in WA: 28-29 August 2019 in Victoria: 23-24 September 2019 at RAAF Richmond: 29-30 October 2019 and 24-25 February
