Beyond Service - Women Veterans Wellness Weekends

Beyond Service is a 2½-day residential wellness retreat designed specifically for women veterans who are ready for space to breathe, reconnect, reset, and feel understood. Delivered by I’ve Got Your 6 Foundation (IGY6), Beyond Service offers a safe, supportive environment where women can step away from everyday demands and spend time with others who truly understand the realities of service and transition.

Across 2026, IGY6 will deliver six Beyond Service wellness weekends across Victoria, supporting up to 90 women veterans through trauma-informed workshops, practical wellbeing tools, gentle activities, and meaningful connection. The program draws on neuroscience-informed approaches, emotional resilience practices, and facilitated group conversations to support nervous system regulation, confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose beyond service.

This retreat is fully funded. There is no cost to attend.
