Cowork Coplay Program - Adelaide

The Cowork Coplay program is a strengths-based, face-to-face program focused on career development, wellbeing and community connection with a creche for young children.

These programs are completely subsidised (free) thanks to the support of our sponsors.

The Cowork Coplay program provides a positive environment for self-growth, career development, networking, learning, peer support and connections with mentors and community leaders.

  • Free for spouses/family members of current- and former-serving ADF members (including Reservists). (Widows/widowers and ex-spouses included.)
  • Runs for 8 weeks, 09:30am-12:30pm.
  • Locations: northern Adelaide, South Australia / Palmerston and RAAF Base Tindal in Northern Territory.
  • Includes interactive workshops and activities, time to networking and self-directed work, morning tea and child care (0-5 year olds).

Workshop topics include: career planning, job application and business development tactics, wellbeing and self-care, local jobs and networking, emerging industry opportunities, community services and local connections
