During NT Defence Week, DefenceNT are hosting a symposia program on Wednesday 30th April 2025. 

Women are a driving force in the Defence industry, yet career progression often comes with unique challenges. DefenceNT's panel will explore the realities of leadership, mentorship, and overcoming obstacles to success. This panel discussion will highlight real-world experiences, amplify voices from across the sector, and spark meaningful conversations about shaping a more inclusive and dynamic Defence industry for the future.
