ADM is delighted to announce the finalists of the Women in Defence Awards 2022.

Hosted by Deputy Chief of Army Major General Natasha Fox and Deputy Secretary Defence People Group Justine Greig, the inaugural Defence People Symposium was held on 29 and 30 June, with the theme ‘Harnessing the best of Australia’s talent together’.

The Research and Development category recognises the defence community’s most outstanding academic or researcher working on Defence related matters.

ADM Group is proud to launch the inaugural ADM Townsville Defence Forum: a localised policy-driven regional event that will foster relationships between government, primes & SMEs to deliver Australia’s sovereign defence capability.

The Technical Trade category recognises the defence community’s most outstanding female individual working within operations, production or trade fields.

The Rising Star category recognises the defence community’s most outstanding female individual aged under 30 years.

The Project Management category recognises the defence community’s most outstanding female individual working within project management.

The People and Culture category recognises the defence community’s most outstanding female individual who has developed and/or administered initiatives to support women in the defence community.

The Engineering category recognises the defence community’s most outstanding female individual working within the engineering field. This category is open to all disciplines within the engineering community.

The Operations category recognises the the defence community’s most outstanding female individual working in deployed/remote areas with a focus on logistics, services and support roles.

The Legal/Contracting category recognises the defence community’s most outstanding female individual working within the legal/contracting field.

The Communications category recognises the defence community’s most outstanding female individual working within the communications/marketing/stakeholder engagement field.
