Women in Security Mentoring Program

The Commonwealth, through the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD), is seeking specialist mentoring and software program services to deliver the ASD-sponsored Women in Security Mentoring Program (the Program). The Program will be delivered in partnership with the Australian Women in Security Network (AWSN) and ASD.

The purpose of the Program is to attract, develop and retain women in the cyber security workforce in Australia by offering an online mentoring application that allows women in the industry to connect and grow their skills and confidence through mentoring with like-minded cyber security professionals. The Program offers networking, training resources, and ongoing support for participants’ mentoring journeys, aiming to deliver career pathways into the cyber industry and growing ASD’s workforce pipeline. The Program connects women at various stages in their careers with experienced mentors in cyber security, national intelligence and STEM industries.

1 Sept 2025: Proposed start for 3 years with 2 options to extend by an additional year at ASD discretion.

Close Date & Time: 16 Jun 2025 4:30 pm (ACT Local Time)
