Project Execution Strategy Course

Dr John Davies presents an edVirtus professional education course, Project Execution Strategy, which over two days, provides attendees with an understanding of the issues required to craft effective Project Execution Strategies and effectively manage risks in contracts. The course offers an opportunity to improve commercial acumen from both the buy-side and sell-side with strategies to assist in early industry engagement, tender and bid development, and effective negotiations.
